opinion for base timming

Setup is a 97 GST with a 6Bolt and 1G CAS, 1G turbo rest stock tomorrow I am supposed to meat a buddy to hook it up and set the CAS base timming. I am going to be ordering a larger IC Greddy Adj. BOV, and Boost guage this week. So I want to set it maybe kind of in accordance to it, unless maybe I shouldn't do that and just reset it then but what do any of you guys think it should run or set it just before it starts throwin knocks to me??
