Ok, freind brings his car over and say he thinks he blew the 2100 he had in there. So I drive the car and it feels like a FWD. I get underneath and I can pull out the drivers side rear axel from the pumpkin, without unbolting anything . And thwere the splines are it is snapped in half. And the stub that is still attached to the axel is stripped. But what gets me is this is a factory limited slip rear, so the passenger side should spin at least. But nothing. But when we jack the rear up, and turn the PASSENGER side ,it does turn the axel a little bit. I was thinkink he broke the drivers side off then it went inside and destroyed the gears. Any insight would be of help.
And a question I have is. This is a 90 car. Are the rear ends and axels diferent from a 91-94? Cause I know the trannys are different

What part exactly is breaking? a CV axle part or some inner gear?(in the rearend) Sounds like Im gonna have to dig up a 4 bolt rearend. But maybe Ill just look for a 92 with it already in it and the newer front end
