Only spark in #4

Just finished with My 95 eagle talon. And only get spark in the num 4 coil. Figured it was my Coil pack and had a COP setup ready. Put that in same thing
Car does have a 6 bolt in it

Very strange to have spark on one cylinder with waste spark. Check #1 cylinder for spark again as it should by tied in together with #4 iirc. Next check your ignition module (I am ASSuming that your wiring is correct from COP).

I had something weird like this happen when my cam sensor went bad with a 2g head. Not sure if it acts the same with the 1g sensor.
