1G only my high beams work not low

i have 91 talon and only the brights are working, i have changed the realy and the fuse. i have put the headlights in another car so i know both the high and low work.

Start basic, are they plugged in?

If both aren't working, I would assume it is not a physical problem, but rather an electrical problem.

Suspect the switch in the column.

not sure where the switch is, but i grounded one the wires for the lights, now the lights work but something is draining the battery.

Defiant's right - Saw your other Post about Battery dying - You've got the Headlight relay hot all the time - I just deleted the HI - LO Switch in the column & mounted a Toggle Switch in the Steering Column Cover.
