I got the Koni/GC combo in on the passenger front alright but the driver side became a real bi***. For some reason the sway bar end link nut would not come off the last threads on both the top and bottom. I also think I rounded off the allen head inside the stud. To make matters worst, I start work tomorrow so I won't be able to come home on the weekends anymore to finish it. Is it bad to drive with one coilover? I eyeballed it and it seems to be the stock height, maybe slightly higher.

I would not risk running a coil over on one side and stock on the other it will hand really bad. Srping rates will be differnt and so is the shock valving.

Sounde like you need a new swaybar link. Have you tried to take some needle nose vise grips to hold te stud? Give that a try.

Can't. The problem is it completely stops being able to turn on the very last thread. I can't get a grip with it at all. I wanted to take a torch to it to see if it could expand slightly but it's too close to the cv boot and the end link also has a rubber boot as well.

Nah I can't. The sway bar end links are like this:

The stud there would have a allen drive. The idea here is to use a hex key, hold the stud in place, and spin the nut to loosen it. If I used the nut extractor, the stud would spin with the nut. I think my only option is back the nut out till it won't move, and cut the stud between the nut and the joint. Should of known it wouldn't be a walk in the park. God damn Murphy's Law.
