Just making sure that I am not overlooking anything. Looking for some suggestions and/or comments on what I have, some problems I may run into, and what to do next.
thanks:rocks:

Looks like you have a nice list of goodies there.
If you dont mind running around without interior then pull it out. It isnt worth a lot of weight but any little bit can help.
Let us know how everything goes when its installed.

^^^^ I agree.
You need to know what you're shooting for and where you're at in comparison. You want high horsepower? Fun Daily Driver? 10 sec car? You have a nice list of goodies for tuning, but not necessarily where you should have started for a high horsepower car. Oh, and I understand the interior bit, I just pulled mine out, and am cleaning it up some so it doesn't look like I just ripped the rear seats out. EGR blockoff plate is fine if you're egr valve isn't working, it'll just turn on a CEL, if you're thinking about removing it just to remove it, don't. There is little if any benefit to it and I don't remember who, but someone wrote a great analysis of the block off/don't block off controversy on this site somewhere.

My goal is high hp, fun daily driver. Dont care so much about 1/4 mile time. More into autocross kind of stuff. The interrior is gone from the front seats on back. I hope to get on a dyno when i put on the 57trim bb turbo. I am getting as much life out of the stock one as I can. Looking for around 350-400 hp. Am I on the right track for this goal?

I'd start looking at internals a little bit. If it's a daily driver, you'll want it to be reliable. Personally, I'd also look at an oil cooler, it may not help much with power, but it really will help with reliability. You're on the right track though. 255lph with 650cc injectors, fmic, fuel rail and regulator. Look into some mildly aggressive cams too. Naturally header and exhaust will help. Plenty more to think about too. Depending on how you want to do it.

There's nothing unreliable about a 350 hp daily driven 7-bolt block...

I'd look into cams after i choose the turbo I want. The t25 is great for stock cams. Also the 14b, small 16g, big 16g, t28, t3. BTW, so many guys have reached 400whp w/ stock cams that I'll let you do the research;) .

Stock fuel rails are good for the 9s. Stock, unported exhaust manifold also!!!!

I'm fwd and I still managed to break my sbr 3500 clutch (competition clutch) AND my act 2600. I sheared the 2600 center hub completely clean from the rest of the clutch diskOMG . this is w/ 20 psi and only a base tune. Did it w/ my 18g (which is 400hp capable) and my 60-1 at 20 psi.

A race clutch is not that "unstreetable"...
