Man ... i cant look at review's on items im wanting to buy cause im missing a security token and everything is search or ban....

Needing info on the 2g GT mani clutch kit ect... injectors all kinda minor bolt on stuff.

I been lurking for the last few days and man you cant do jack on here being a nub cake.

Got my hands on a 1990 talon (awd) instead of the 1990 gsx in WI .

current mods are ... 16g mbc (home-depot spring&ball) 2.5 dp (no exhaust urg..)
walbro 255 .


first mod .....New TRANS & Clutch kit 2d TIRES then 2g gt mani and a 20g injectors 2.5 custom front mount (alum) made by my buddy ....

Plans are 12:00's 11:80s AC/Heat Weekend play toy .

My Original screen name was RollinUnknown but i forgot the dang email that went to it sooo i dont remember how many post i had with that screen name but its when i had the colt gt with the 4g63 swap with the 16g and front ...sooo who knows maybe i can get that back and forget about the nub cake mode?

Post in the site feedback/problems im sure the mods/admins can help with the retrieval of your old name.

As mentioned above make sure you do all maintenance first. It is key to a good reliable car. And will save you tons of headaches in the future.

New struts springs mounts all belts along with timing components w-pump t-stat plugs wires fuel filter air filter all fluids Saturn alternator fuel pump re wire ect... all mounts ...

Hell the way its going i might go ahead and jump on a short bock with 2g pistons and fresh rings when the trans gets pulled.


I just didn't think i needed to post that when you buy a DSM that you should drop about 1500 dollars on car to make sure you can mod it .

Ive already been threw the stage of thrown 20lbs on a 200k mile 4g63 that was worn the hell out all i got was a headache and a empty pocket real fast..

This time its on.

Also i just wanna add ... i think this time i ready for the dsm side i even got a car trailer and a truck this time ... I cant say my dsm broke down alot but im prepared this time .

Just makin sure. The last thing we need is the forum being clogged up even more with threads about people whining that their car is a POS, or even worse, another dead DSM.

If your budget allows I would go with a rebuild. Proper machine work, bearings rings, gaskets, seals and whatever upgrades such as BSE, pitons ect. No telling how hard the previous owners have been on it or if its been over heated.

Well this one is slightly moded i guess i was looking for a bone stock grandma awd but i only found one and the guy wanted 3400 firm and then i would have to spend another 400 bucks to go get the car. sooo 3800 in a car im gonna mod out anyways i got a deal from a friend of a friend for 2000.00 the only thing it needed was 2d gear fixed 2d sometimes acted funny would hesitate going into 2d over 4500 rpms but im just gonna order a stage 1 from jack Tues when they get in.

Grab DSM link and install a front mount after i go threw it.
Its been sitting for 1yr soo who knows .

Sooo ill have about 3800-4300 with a very decent setup for my goals give or take alittle and ill have a new transfer case & trans clutch front mount tires exhaust 2g mani evo 02 housing- link* pump & injectors and a whole lot of headaches trying to learn how to tune rofl!

Ive been saving for awhile ..

And yes i will be using the CX ebay front mount kit and exhaust.When my buddy did the custom front mount on the colt he made the pipes but the CX front mount worked out great .

Im gonna play with the 16g and a small shot on the car for awhile then maybe grab a 20
