The throttle body is mounted to a flange that I made and had welded to the opposite end of a 4g63 Manifold. Looks petty sweet huh?? thanks for the kind words!

Just the opposite! You would use the right Mighty Max tranny to fit 4G64 in a Starion .

Mechanically, it is a bolt-on in most 2.0 and 2.4L trucks, but you still have to deal with FI, I/C and cooling systems.

Right now its running. The turbine housing has a huge crack in the wastegate hole, The trans is going out, and it runs rich because im venting to the atmosphere. People trip out when they see this beater truck passing by and then WhOOOOOCHEEEEE. Im always looking for ways to improve, so what do you guys think my next step should be besides the tranny and the turbo housing? This is what i have done so far: k/n w/ 3in intake pipe. 2.5 in I/C piping, Volvo 740 FMIC, 2.5 in exhaust, no cat, magnaflow 3" straight thru muff, 02 elim 2.5", Bosch huge inline fuel pump. I dont have an MBC yet because Im waiting on the turbin housing.

Very cool, Is it still AWD??? What are you using for fuel control? I can't tell if there is a 1g MAS on there or not. I think you should definately make it AWD and slap a humangus turo on it a spray the piss out of it, but thats just me. I think it would be a goot street class sport compact killer for the Midnight Madnesses at the tracks late at night. Just think what a t3t4 would feel like on that little turck. You could make that thig so light. Good lawdy the possiblilties.
Wanna sell it to me for a couple of bux?? I would prolly give ya a couple grand just have one, but I'm not suggesting you sell yours. Keep it and make a supper sleeper out of it. Put a banner on the front galss that says, "The Coma"

BTW Real nice job,,,, on the Galantvr4.org site there is a 4G63T powered older BMW M3 in the works.. Its was done but he had to take the motor out due to bad rings. I think he did some sand blasting on the intake and got some sand or beads in the intake,, the sand wore out the rings and walls when he started it.

i was looking to try something new and i recently aquired a mitsubishi mighty max, i was wondering whether anyone had place a 4g63 in one and if so what trans do you use how hard is it etc. basicly is it worth my time.

i have this movie called mischief by techademics and there is a clip on there of i guy with a mighty max with a turbo eclipse engine.

theres plenty of threads on it, use the search...check what tranny you have in the mighty max and see if the bellhousin will match

Check the engine code on that truck. If it's a 4G64 you might be able to bolt a turbo head onto it and take a quick and easy route to a turbo'd stroker motor that everyone is dreaming about.
