OMG 4th Gear - Back end grinding ?

Well,I noticed that well in 4th gear that the stick has kinda a vibration and every once in a while you can actually see the shifter move a little bit.

Also it kinda feel like the back end is shaking a little bit aswell.

So how screwed am I?

This is my first car that is a stick and whatnot.

I just got a little worried when I was driving and I put it in 4th and all of a sudden I kinda feel the car shake/vibrate....

So this is normal? heh
