Winnipeg,
i need to know what size my injectors are , and what the color code or whatever is corresponding with them... i believe they are out of a 95-99 gs eclipse motor but im not 100% sure on that

what has me confused is the way ppl differentiate the colors, do you go by the color of the casing around where they plug in, do you go buy the color of the little rubber ring on the top of the injectors, or do they go by the color at the very bottom of the injectors? that is what has me confused...

when i originally bought them a long while ago the guy said thye might be 310cc injectors but had no clue...

they are grey around the plugs, with a green rubber ring at the top and at the very bottom of the injector it might be a sorta orange/pink/brown color

so could somebody please help me out with this and let me know exactly what i've got here.

here are some pics of them too

ps: i also read in other threads that it says the cc right on the side of the injectors and i do not see that anywhere

This is what I dug up. Check the casting # and cross reference it and see if you can google it. Sorry if this doesnt help but I searched google and I didnt find anything else.

The rs/gs injetors are to small, you will need to get the GST/GSX injetors, when my bro turbo his teg thats what he used the GST injectors. I think the GST/X are 450cc Hope that helps

um yes i realize that, but if they do not see the thread because its on page 3 then they wont answer now will they smart guy?

please somebody must know what cc these injectors are

Being a smart ass to those who try to help is not the best idea . You need better pics or some other info about markings . Tough guess with little to no info . not to mention you attitude .

go to a reputable shop that deals with injector testing and have them give you the exact flow rates of each injector. if i am informed correctly, if you purchase a set of injectors, they sometimes do not flow exactally the same. for example, if you buy a set of "550cc" injectors, they may flow anywhere from 546, 551, 552, 557.

you don't actually get what you pay for in this instance. 550cc injectors are not actually 550cc injectors, but close to it. that is why it is recommended to have them professionally tested.

and naturally, you would put the better flowing injectors in coordination with the places most likely to lean out (aka putting the 557cc injector into the #1 piston place).

EDIT: btw getting them actually tested will relieve you (and others) from the guess-work. you will know for certain EXACTALLY what the flow-rates are.

Bumping is not allowed. Please familiarize yourself with the sites rules.

And don't throw out insults to people who try and help you. That may be allowed in other forums you frequent, but not here.
