Hey guys...I just need a little help. I've been having idling and start up issues for months now. I posted the video. In the first clip, I am trying to start the car on initial start up. If I stop and turn the key a second time the car will start. The second and third clips are just the idling issues and the pulsating revs. If I rev above 4000rpms, it seems to not pulse. Tell me what you think it is. I've already changed the O2 sensor, throttle bodies, CAS sensor, ECUs, and boost leak tested it. Thanks!

I would say that it double starts 95% of the time cold or hot. I don’t think I am losing fuel pressure. I am run an old fpr so I could look in to changing it. But I don’t think that would be it because it will build fuel pressure on the first turn of the key. Also I am getting spark when I first try to turn it over.

I have the same problem. When I turn the car off, I get out and look at the gauge on the FPR immediately. It looses pressure all the way to zero in no time. I go to restart the car and it takes two times to start again. I have looked through the whole system and no leaks from what i can tell. I am lead to believe it is something in my Aeromotive FPR since this started after the install. Hope this helps and if you find a cure Please post how you fixed it. Thanks

Also I have DSMlink and there is a option to "Enable the Fuel Pump". If I trigger this for a few secounds before trying to start the car(enough time to let the fuel pressure build),then the car will start on the first turn. Just thought I would add this info to prove its fuel related. At least my problem anyway. Hope this helps.

:banghead:Ok guys I am about to give up. Today I tested the IAC, it tested ok. Then I set the base timing at 5* and that didn't help. Then I took off the throttle body off and cleaned it, that didn't help. My FPR seems to be holding pressure. I does bleed off a little over night but not a lot. I think I might have a SMALL exhaust leak that I need to fix. What else is there to try?

does it do any of this when it's at full operating temperature?

do you have the idle switch installed? If you do, have you done a boost leak test? You say in your profile you are all stock. We need to know your setup. do you have link? Is the idle switch simulation enabled? Where is the rpm point for that? Again, this all leads back to boost leaks. . .
