First off learn how to type proper sentences and use proper grammar then I will consider answering your question. If do a search I know you can find your answer.

YA!!11 GRAMMEWR!1!! TYPE RIHGT!!! OER YOU WONT GET MY L337 OPINION!!11 AND FACTOIDS!

Oil squirters cool the piston skirts by spraying oil on them. Cooler pistons are good. Removing them increases oil pressure everywhere, which is also good. It also reduces reciprocating weight, which is a benefit, but the weight of the oil on the pistons is next to nothing anyway. It also depends on which motor you're thinking of removing (or adding) the squirters on. Factory turbo pistons are designed to be used with the oil squirters. Aftermarket forged ones are not. There's even a theory that crankwalk on 7-bolts can be partially attributed to the oil squirters- you can read about it here.

You say you're using a n/a six-bolt block. This block doesn't have oil squirters to begin with. So, if you're building it up to go turbo, it depends on which pistons you're going to use. If you're using aftermarket forged ones, I'd just leave the squirters off. If you're using 2g pistons on 1g rods, installing oil squirters may be something to think about. It's not a bad idea- cooler piston temps are better for engine life, and these pistons were made to be used with oil squirters. Many think it's not necessary, however.

If you're not going turbo, and you're just swapping the stock block, just swap it; it won't make any difference to add squirters imo.

Also, do a search, there's a lot more information on this than I brought up, but this is my opinion on the subject.

Oh, and btw, I removed my oil squirters on my 6-bolt race block. :thumb:
