Oil Pushing out of valve cover ports

I just completed a six bolt swap in my 98 Gsx, After Driving it a mile I have huge puddle of oil build up in the spark plug hole area and also on the timing belt side by the manifold. It appears it is coming out of the small pin hole that is drilled straight thru the valve cover from the front to the plug wire area. I have put a new pcv valve in. And hose hooked to the turbo inlet side to suck the air out. and its still doing it along with new oil fill cap to verify that its coming from the small pin holes that i believe are for breathing purposes.. Any Ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Larry

The pin hole is just a drain hole for liquid build up in the spark plug valley. It does not enter the internals at all.


Are you positive the valve cover isn't cracked and that the oil cap seals properly and is on tight?
