Oil pump timing

I had to replace my head gasket and when I was removing the timing belt I noticed that the oil pump sprocket was off time. I had took the car into the mechanic before and they replaced my timing belt. Would this cause any problems to the car?

Also the crank sprocket is off timing also, it seems they used the dowel pin to time it. I never noticed a problem tho...

Should I correct this by rotating it to the correct position?
 
Well does the car run, timing off could mean bent valves, causes, tensionr could have been bad, always a good idea to replace all that including pulleys when doing a timing belt job. If you change the belt good, but there are more components that need to be addressed as well.
 
The timing belt and components are fairly new. I am guessing the balance shafts are still there, but I have never taken the lower end apart. Tomorrow I will check to see how many teeth the crank is off by. I rotated the crank till the dowel on the cam gears were both up and the timing marks aligned. The crank and oil pump sprocket are not on the timing mark...

Before the head gasket blew the car seem to run perfect. My timing advance on the data logger was at 10 at idle. Its about 2-3 teeth off on the crank sprocket and the silent shaft that is connected with the same belt on the crank is off by the same.
