Does anyone have any info on specifications or limits of front case hole for oil pump driven gear and oil pump driven gear shaft size , I'm trying to find out what its too loose , it for a 4g63 6 bolt, but 7 bolt should be the same.

I do not think your going to find that spec because the case and the back cover are going to be worn out far before the input shaft of the driven gear is worn. Thats why there is no bearing in the front of the driven gear. If it feels sloppy while its all together, then there is a problem with the gears, or in the housing the gears sit in.
