Oil pump leak I can't figure out

I replaced the oil pump seal, but it still leaks out from what looks like behind the oil pump sprocket (I have the TB cover off and I can watch the oil build up). The sprocket fits snug inside the seal, I don't understand how its leaking past the new seal :confused: Are there some more seals behind that seal? As far as I can see in my DSM backup manual, its just one seal...

Unless I messed up the seal...

Its a bad leak, also, when pressure builds up, its about 1 drip every 2 seconds. :notgood:

did you put the plug cap back on the front case? If not it will leak craploads of oil from the oil pump gear.
