oil pan bolts to the block

Will my oil pan seal if I have have two broken bolts that are across from each other? It seems like the previous owner must of tighten the bolt to much and the head of the bolt broke off and there are still part of the bolt inside the block.

I think you should be alright. I would you a little rtv with the gasket just to make it seal little better

Not interested in trying to get them out?

I did try, but couldn't. Planing to tap it.
