ok welp my oil leak is getting bad, i cant determine where it is coming from because its so bad, at first i thought it was my dipstick, because after everytime i drove it it would be popped out, so i got a 2g dipstick. well its still there, so i began to look around hardcore, it seems that where the dipstick pipe goes into my block theres alot of oil around it, is there a new seal i could get there, and could that spray out under boost???? now i also noticed that theres oil inside my hood, and some surrounding areas, so i look near my valve cover gasket where my cam gears are, and i noticed that its wet there, could that spray out under boost and get on my cam gears and then throw that on my hood???

i dont know what to do, i need assistance

Unless your oil cap is off your going to have a hard time spraying oil all over the bay. Easiest way to find it would be to get some degresser and clean off the old dirt so you can see where it is leaking. The valve cover gaskets are very prone to leaking. It may likely be the cause of your oil near where the dipstick goes in the pan. The corners of the valve cover leak the easiest. Does the oil stain go up from the pan to the valve cover?

put it this way, after everytime i drive i always have alot of dribbles on the ground, its down the whole side of the block

Sounds like you got the same problem as me. OMG Mine is leaking out of the side of the valve cover onto my exhaust cam gear and sprayin up on my hood and gettin all over the timing belt. Try taking ur cam gear cover off and sprayin that side of the head and valve cover w/ some brake kleen to clean it up a lil, make sure its dry in that area of the valvecover gasket, and then start ur car and look to see if u can see it seeping out over there. After that u might wanna take off ur valve cover and look in that area for cracks in the cover itself. If there are u can use jb weld to fix it but i think that might jus be a temporary fix, im not sure. Then get a new valve cover gasket (oem is prob best) Mine doesnt have any cracks that i can see so im tryin a different gasket. My post is under "2 questions 1 thread" if u wanna take a look. Good luck :talon: :thumb:

I've had this exact problem on my 2g GST.
I replaced every single seal except for my rear main seal, but that will be taken care of when I do my clutch this winter.
PM me if you'd like some advice on how to replace camshaft seals without taking your timing belt off.
