So I have been collecting a little bit of oil in my intake near the turbo, but I do not have the line connected from the breather on the vc to the intake so where can the oil be coming from. My turbo is running at 7-8psi it does not smoke or burn oil. what would happen if the return line got clogged?

sounds like your turbo seal is bad. this allows the oil that lubricates the turbine wheel and prevents wear. many things can cause a turbo seal to go bad. too much boost, age, heat, oil pressure, not replacing the gaskets everytime you removed it. indicators that your seal is bad are a white/blue colored smoke coming from engine bay and/or around the turbo, oil leaking in your intake and/or exhaust system and a drop in oil pressure. hope this helps. what modifications do you have in the lines of turbo, intake or exhaust systems?

Why is it running so low boost? If there is no vac line from the head to the intake then crankcase pressure could prevent the oil drain from draining and then it will spill out past the "seal" and into the intake pipe.

It's just just a 6bolt block with a 2g head, oil feed is from the head to the turbo, 2.5in exhaust to a 3in, 1g MAF. I had a fuel filter to act as a filter for the oil in the line from the VC breather and a catch can, but I had more oil in the intake than I do now without the filter and not hooked up to the breather. Boost is low because the previous owner removed the BCS and all that unnecessary stuff. So I just have a vacuum line from the jpipe to the wastegate, and I don't have a MBC.
