K two things....one...Anyone know a price range for the front main seal to be replaced, I think thats where my leak is coming from, the guy who put my machv rebuild kit in, pinched it I believe...

and second....right on my oil filter housing where the oil filter screws into, its starting to smoke....i dunno if its just burning off the excess oil or something, but like theres that round part right behinde the filter and the smoke is coming up like bu the right side of downpipe/02 housing and coming up....

thanks for the help again guys...I just wanna get my car running good!!!!!! its almost track time :(

Front Main Seal could involve pulling Front Case Cover to minimize chance of screwing up the Seal.

Hopefully he changed ALL the Front Case Oil Seals - If not - you DEFINITELY need to pull the Front Case Cover & do that because they are leaking too.

I'm sure you have done away with Balance Shafts - if not - do it now.

Pulling Front Case means pulling EVERYTHING except Water Pump off front of Motor.

That means an a$$ of labor... I bet it's $500 in labor alone - & worth every penny IF DONE RIGHT.

AND - if you are still running the POS Water to Oil Cooler (which is what you are describing I think) you won't have to worry about the Oil leaks for long because when the Coolant contaminates your Oil & kills your Head & wipes your Rod Bearings & Crankshaft the whole motor will be trashed anyway.

Unless you run Synthetic in your climate yes - because you probably need the Low Oil Temp Oil Cooler Cutoff Valve in the 90 Oil Filter Housing if you run Dino Oil - there are many Threads on this subject.
