2G oil feed line to oil filter housing bolt

Hey guys, just removed my t25 and of course the oil feed line broke which is fine because I'm replacing it with a stainless steel hose. But here's the problem I cant get the connections that connect the feed line to the oil housing to come out. I know there's 2 bolts but non will budge.

cut the line as close as you can to the fitting, and use a ratchet and socket
