so i sfinished my build. have all the correct gaskets and seals on everything but when i start it white smoke starts puring out so i figure turbo is bad because the turbo housing was full of oil. so i put on a small 16g that i bought from a guy. still smokes but not as bad and there is oil bubbling out of the gasket that connects the turbo to the manifold. its all dripping out of the downpipe. took the plugs out and there is a coat of oil over my pistons. head gaskets new as well as the rings so idk what it could be! help:banghead:

Hmmm? Well there is only a few places where you are going to be able to get oil onto the pistons.

1) From leaky headgasket
2) Bad valve stem seals
3) Bad piston rings
4) Blow-By (oil coming in through your intake system into the engine) * this could be cause by several issues, bad turbo seal, bad pcv valve, etc.

I would say pull your intercooler pipes and see if your turbo is the culprit. It could have a blown compressor side seal, and thus cause oil to shoot into your engine.

ok thanks ill check that tmrw. but would that cause a steady and heavy oil drip from the turbo and downpipe?

any other suggestions?

any other advice?
