Oil drip/pressure gauge

So my stock oil pressure gauge does not work at all, it will be middle, at bottom half way,etc at random points. I also have an oil leak/drip, I saw a video on youtube where the oil pressure sending unit was source of the leak, i thought will since my gauge doesnt even work, could that be the cause of the drip/leak? if not, what were the most common places of a drip?

It could be and it can start in one place and end up all over oil pan turbo return, vc, cas oring, rear main seal, gaskets front case gasket, oil filter housing, so many places.

Thought we had sealed up all those areas and the last one was the gasket between the oil filter cooling adaptor and the oil filter housing. That's a special seal that gets brittle and only cracks worse if you try to tighten it more.
