Oil concern

I purchased a 91 talon Tsi with a blown turbo, I replaced the turbo with a good 16g i had! The old turbo blew all the oil and antifreeze down the exhaust, making it smoke like crazy! Now after I replaced turbo and go it running good again, It blows oil out of the bov which really has my concern! Has good oil pressure, but after I drove it 10 miles I was a 1/2 a quart low of oil, anyone have any ideas?

Take it all apart and clean it. Intake, smic, piping etc.

Think its all just gunked up inside the smic?

Well there is most likely oil throughout the intake system including IC, pipes, manifold however that would not cause you to loose 1/2 qt of oil. Make sure your not leaking oil from the oil feed and drain lines from the turbo. Also check to see if the PCV valve and tubing is connected correctly and that the PCV valve is not stuck. Are you sure the 16G turbo is good?

Clean out all the intake parts and make sure there dry before reinstalling. Top up the engine oil and give it another try.

It was leaking from the oil drain on the pan, which I fixed so most of my oil probably went on the ground from there! the PCV valve has pressure coming out from it so im guessing its not gunked up? I have not yet cleaned any of the piping, the previous owner didn't take care of it at all! I pulled the head off of it because the compression was pretty bad, replaced all the valves because 14 out of 16 wouldn't clean up all the way on the valve grinder. But you couldn't even tell the valves were bent, they even held water! Put new timing belt and balance shaft belt on her, cleaning everything up. Everything looked great, up until now! I also put studs in it, when I drove it the 10 miles it pulled great ran amazing!
