I have a 90 gst and hat is happening is that oil is comming out of the oil cap. Also smoke is comming out of the breather on the valve cover. So I figure that thier are could be 2 problems. 1 The pvc valve could be stuck or 2 I have a bd valve seal and compression is getting in the head making it blow out the breather and also the cap. If you have y info that may help please let me know.

Kyle,

Maybe PCV valve, or more likely rings gone or hole in piston. Not a bad valve seal. The valve seal seals the valve stem and if it is totally missing will likely only result in some blue smoke at startup and/or idle as oil from the top is sucked in through the intake path when the intake valve is open. It seals basically between the intake and the valve (cam) cover. Think Chevy V8 with 60K miles. Do a compression test and a leakdown test.
