There are only 3 places where oil can get into your intake tract before the bov. The first is your filter but we're assuming that you aren't pouring oil straight into your intake tract because doing so would be pretty silly. The next (and most common) place for oil to come from is your VC breather and this will almost always put oil into your intake tract but under any sane conditions it wont put out enough to actually come out of your bov. The third is your turbo and unfortunately with your description the problem is your turbo. After you change it make sure you take your intercooler off and clean it. Do it once when you first put the new turbo on and again a month later.

i to have this smae problem but i ver small amounts coming out of the bov and im almost certain its the oil seals on the turbo goin out but o well. i was wondering tho what is the VC beather?
