hey guys i just replaced my ofh with a brand new one from jnztuning yet, it is still leaking. is it possible that im boosting to much and pushing the oil out or something? my oil pressure is about 70 at 6300 rpm at around 16 psi. if that not it does anyone have an idea why it might be leaking again?

i didnt think it did. my friend who works at a dealership as a technician put it in from me

it's common for the sandwitch ones to Crush under pressure from just tightening the oil filter or torquing down the bolt the oil filter screws onto.... that's why I have 90 OFH. but so does he, so unless he swaped it out for a later year one I'm thinking it leaking from somewhere else unless I misunderstood what your saying

Yeah, I'm talking about the actual lines to the external oil cooler. The fittings where those connect to the OFH may be leaking. Do those use crush washers?

Now if it's leaking between the OFH and the block, you have gasket problems. Or your block is some how damaged.

I've never had any problems with the lines leaking, That's why I assumed that you were talking about the 91-late oil coolers

That's why I asked who installed the OFH. ... if you don't get the surface perfect it going to be very easy for it to leak. Hopefully it's not the Front case its self thats leaking, which it problay more likely if he's already had the OFH replaced

theres like 3 places where its dripping, ill get pictures up tomoro
