offset 48???

is offset 48mm is too high for 17x8 to 2g eclipse??

Stock is 46mm, it might be close depending on which tire you choose. You should be good on the fender lip, it's the inner side you might rub.

I'd say its possible. Mine 17x8 with a 42 offset could of probablly fit 235's but I had to use wheel spacer and extended wheel studs for 245's.

I have 40mm on my 17/8's with 235 tires and my clearance issues were with the fender lip.
