So to add to the story, I replaced the PP, Clutch, and TOB. PP and Clutch are ACT and TOB is OEM.

I had issues with adjusting the clutch, it never operated properly nor did it pass the clutch drag test. So I bit it and drove it like that for a while until the TOB started making noise. I'm pretty sure it blew up because of way too much throw in the pedal but that was the only way I could get it to engage half way decent.

So my question is why couldn't I get this clutch to ever pass the test or engage right?

On to pics:

Flywheel

I believe either the fork is warped or the flywheel is completely out of spec. Idk how many miles are on either but the flywheel looks nasty. I'm going to replace it instead of resurfacing because I have no one around my area who does this to step height.

Thoughts? Opinions? More than welcome!

Different brand of clutch uses different stepping on your fly wheel. You should always do your research on the flywheel stepping to whatever brand of clutch you plan to purchase.

From the marks of the flywheel, looks like it is hot spotted from slipping, and only the outer edge of the disc was making contact
