I had a question, what is the oem color for evo 8 wheels? Will metallic Paint or powder coat look the same for oem color? I have a place quoting about $650-700 for metallic but I’m afraid it might not look oem? If anyone has ever done something similar like metallic for oem color pls show pics or let me know what I have to ask for.

700 wow I just get aluminum its close enough. Metallic mmm go for aluminum and be done nothing oem get unless you find out from Mitsubishi. Choose a color paint or powder depending on you. And budget. Best advice I can think of get a can spray and look get a color from your coater.

$700?? Cant tell you what their schedule would be but Id try and find an alloy wheel repair guy that usually service dealer lots 1 or 2 days a week and try to sneak it in with him during his day as a quick side job if you dont want to do it yourself, but dont go through the actual dealership, they will jack up the price

But if you want to do it yourself, you might not find an actual code through Mitsubishi because its an Enkei wheel.... try this

But like @92AWDHX40 said, might just be better and probably cheaper to just get an aluminum metallic and do all 4 wheels. Then youd know what color they are and that they all match.
