Odd RPM jump

Okay so here's what's going on.

If I barley touch the accelerator, the RPM's jump bewtween 1,200 and 1,800 RPM, after about 20 seconds it finally levels out at 1800 rpm. It does this when I'm driving around town as well, but only at those RPM's.

Any Idea's, I might be able to take a quick video tomorrow.

Haven't touched it for 82,258 miles, Lol. Think that'll fix it?

What should I clean it with?
