Ok so I rebuilt the Engine this weekend form bottom up, New main and rod bearings, 20 over 10 under crank 30 off the pistons the whole nine yards.
My issue is that I cant pin point the exact sound, its very odd.
When I take off from stop in first gear I hear like a vibration kinda rusty wheel bearing DEEP noise with a vibration.
Its only when I push the gas a little harder then granny driving and its a LITTLE bit in the beginning of second.
Almost like a grind on a old Ford Pickup Wheel Bearing.
I can feel it in the Steering wheel, shift knob and floor board.
Mind you, the wheel bearings are a few months old and this just started after the rebuild.
I'm still in break in mode so I cant push it really at all.
Not sure if it could be just the exhaust or something in the trans or hell even the engine bearings.
And new throw out bearing was installed during rebuild which did seem rather loose around the spline of the trany.
