Ok guys. I did an engine rebuild and put everything back in. Now my obd2 port won't connect to link and is only showing 7-8 volts in pin 16. I know it should be an unrestricted 12v circuit. Any one have any ideas? I'm lost and the cars been ready to start for weeks but I can't connect.
