Hey guys im back here again because I can't attempt a smog, or figure out why my CEL is on because my obd2 port doesnt seem to be connected? or have any power? When a CEL code scanner is plugged into it, nothing happens as if it wasnt even plugged in.

If someone can give me a big list so I can start checking everything one by one to pin down the problem that would be awesome

I already checked all fuses, radio, interior lights, my HORN doesnt work.. but I think the fuse is ok, other than that everything seems ok.

My brother is bringing me another ecu to try out, could this be the problem potentially??

HELP PLEASEE

hum... i only checked to see if the fuse was blown by taking it out and checking the little wire in the middle to see if it was cut.

Can it be blown without the middle of the fuse being cut?

Yah the key was in the on position >< LOL, it still didnt work though

Check all fuses. Pull em one by one, under the hood fuses as well! Then maybe unbolt your diag port and CHECK the rear pins... They have a tendency to come loose. Then start chasing wires if all else fails. But if you do the following, you should find it eventually. Try not to get too frustrated.

K I guess ill double check all the fuses back and front =/, and take off some interior pieces to trace wiring. I'll probably be back needing more help LOL

If anyone cares, the 12v to the OBD2 didnt seem to be working right. I drew power from radio and it looks good for now =] just need to pull my codes now LOL
