o2 sensor removal

Are you using an 02 sensor socket? I assume so since your using a ratchet, try letting your car run for a few minutes to heat it up just be careful not to burn yourself.
 
if the o2 housing is off the car maybe you could try a little heat. get a propane torch and heat that baby up.then use the socket
