Can someone please help me out with the location of the o2 sensor. I looked at the 2g engine bay tutorial but it's not the same as my engine bay. I just need to know where it's at, and possibly a picture? I'm replacing mine in a few days.

Usually there is one on the downpipe and if you have more than one the other one or two would be near the cat. Some have one before and after the cat some have just one near the cat. My 95 420a eclipse had two total one on the downpipe and one near the cat.

The front O2 sensor is right after the flex section, behind the driver side axle, pointing straight upward. The sensor after the catylitic converter is for emissions purposes only. The front O2 is the ECU's feedback for idle/cruise fuel control, so it's crucial that its installed and working properly.
