O2 housing on 14B reuse or 2G install?

im planning on installing my 14b turbo on my 2g saturday if everything permits so heres the thing... my 2g O2 housing is held on by stock chunks of stripped bolt and brokeness, honestly the previous owner rounded every bolt on it and even looks like it has two nuts so must have broken a bolt and tried to half a$$ it and throw a differnt nut on the stub that was left. basically looking like its impossible to remove from my t25 and i really dont want to deal with removing prolly 2 broken bolt/stud. Now the 14B that i have has the stock 1g O2 housing on there and is all set to go if it were to fit my 2g... how much power will i be loosing by just saying F it and using the 1G housing vs taking my whole day trying to remove the 2g one? does the 1g housing bolt right up to my current megan DP? if so i think im just gonna use that because it saves me a monster headache. i may decide to install a dump in the near future anyway so it will be temp use anyway. basically need to know that YES the 1g housing fits my 95 with megan DP. -Ryan

the 2g housing flows a lot better, but if it's just for temp. use then just throw the 1g on.

and yes, it will fit the downpipe.

why not just cut the rest of the studs and bolts off it with grinder so it will come off and use the 14b's bolts and studs to attach it to the housing?

Worst case cut the t25 up to free it.

well i think as long as it fits right now ill be fine. like i said im going with an external dump in like a month or two anyway and itl be all good then
