how to reuse 2G dejon licp on 14b?

i have started my 14 b swap and my stock licp has that stupid resonator box so i got a 2G dejon licp and of course its a hardpipe (dah). How can i make the S type hardpipe fit onto the J pipe of the 14b? i bought some radiator hose to cut up cause thats all i could think of but it seems like it will be a pretty decent bend in it and may not be reliable? can anyone take some pics of a 2g hardpipe on a 14b for me to show how you did it? i really dont want to use nasty stock piping because its old and i love the louder spool sound the hardpipe gave the t25 before i took it off

Some people cut the hard pipes and extend them with either radiator hose or the stock licp. Just make sure if you cut it that either you put a bead of weld or jb weld around it to hold it on the pipe good or get some hairspray and tbolt clamps. Just takes alittle playing with.

so i cant just use it and hack up the stock pipe to fit with the bend?

I'm sure you can I'm not sure you will have to just get under there and mess with, you're the one with the car right there not us.

When i did mine, i used my old UICP to fill in the gaps. If you dont want to reuse your old ICP you could go and buy pipeing to fill in any gaps that you cant fill just by cutting the LICP that you have.

hey i never thought of using the uicp for the gap, may be a good idea i caved in and ordered a dejon licp made for the 14b/16g thismorning at 7am after making my last post in this thread. it was actually shipped out already! there in ohio and im in WI so ill have it on Tuesday! only problem will be that the idiot i ordered my oil line from off ebay still hasent responded to my emails about tracking and i ordered it like over a week ago it still hasent shown up. should i just order a new one and then sell the one that comes later? i think ill wait for the mail to come first and see if its in there or not...
