O2/EGR Codes 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse GTS V6

So I have installed aftermarket header back exhaust I ordered from ebay seen here also welded this cat in so visually it has a cat to pass NYS inspection... due to this I had to block my EGR tube... so now I have 02 codes as well as EGR... my question is what are the best workarounds to get the CEL off and pass inspection? also throwing an EVAP code any chance this is also due to the exhaust?
