3G 2003 Eclipse, No spark

So I have a 2.4L Eclipse that I just got for 100$ but don't know much about 2.4l. He told me the car only needed a alternator just been sitting for 7 months. I tried putting my op battery in it and just cranks and cranks and cranks. Changed my plugs and wires still no spark, changed the cam sensor still nothing,. I noticed that the fuse link on the pos battery is blown, but all the fuses in both boxes are fine.

Does anyone know a no spark but crank solution to this? The car is a 2003 so it's a 3g and is a auto not a manual
