1G NT Cat-Back Exhaust

What would be the best exhaust for my car that is the cheapest...i've been trying to find one online and the only one that i can find that is for a 94 non-turbo talon is the pacesetter exhaust but im not that interested in that. id like to put on like a apex'i but i cant find it in my year...any suggestions?

you could always buy a $30 muffler off ebay and have a custom exhaust ran at a local shop for about $150-$200


Pacesetter is the cheapest out there. but remember.. you get what you pay for. There exhaust is made of cheap aluminized steel and are notorious for rusting out after about a year or 2.. I should know.. I had one on my tiburon.. Sounds good but they dont last long..

goto local tune shop near you "if you have any" and have them do a custom one. should run you know more than 400

yea i got a cheap 50 dollar muffler and put a custom ran exhaust system but you cant go too much bigger on the n/t or it will sound hollowish and maybe tin can sounding especially if you take your resonators out, trust me i kno from experience before i went turbo. Plus i had 170 dollar ebay chikara 421 headers and downpipe with that. But on turbod cars its not as loud. I tihnk you should fine some good headers and downpipe , run thicker pipe to the cat from the muffler while leaving at least one of the silencers, ( namely the smaller one because without that one it sounds really hollow and wack, the longer one only makes it louder but doesnt change the sound. ) and maybe just get a highflow cat on there if you care about pollution ( which i know i didnt at the time, i just wanted to go faster )

What i did was got a $50 stainless muffler from advance auto and bought some pre bent 2.5"pipes that i custom fitted and welded it all up in my drive way. the whole turbo back cost me a total of $110 and im very happy with the resaults and the way it sounds. It sounds exactly like my buddys $500 apex'i setup on his gst.
