Noticed a worn out mount

I was changing my oil today and noticed a mount bushing that was pretty worn out, it's the mount next to the oil filter under the car..

My question is is this a motor mount or transmission mount?

Either way I'll need to replace it ASAP, it's worn out pretty badly
