Worn engine mount?

Just wondering if my 99 GST drivers side engine mount looks torn enough that it should be replaced. Engine runs great with no vibration. 70000mi. See Pics:

Looks like your going to need to get a replacement mount. or i think get some polyurathane engine mounts. the poly. mounts will never deteriate or wear out. but yeah you can safely drive on those. but being FWD i wouldnt go doing burnouts or launching it hard as it will be prone to wheel hop.
