Not sure whats wrong?

I was driving home from work one night, and all of a sudden I stopped getting boost and I couldn't go over 55mph. Got it home and parked it, next day it wouldnt start.

Check for boost leaks. Look for and intercooler piping that has fallen off or may have riped. Should be on the cold side of the piping. Start there

I'm just guessing but did you check all your intercooler piping? Sounds like maybe something came apart.

+1 on a intercooler piping that may be have come off/loose same thing happened to me when i put my gm mas.

If just driving along aka. I beat the hell out of it, then a hose off will cause this. The huge vacuum leak to the computer will really mess it up on starting. The car will start with a blown turbo usually. It is possible you lost the turbo. I drove my mustang svo around for a few months with the inducer ratting around in the ex. housing after it broke off. I could really hear the cam then . Tres...

Thats usually always the problem for these low power/no start after conditions. Alot of people dont understand how touchy these cars are and if air is getting in/out before a sensor that needs to read it they wont run correctly

Things to also check:
-MAS/MAF plug came unplugged.
-CAM/CAS plugs came unplugged.
-The wastegate actuator armature has a cotter pin that keeps it on the flapper arm. If the cotter pins comes off, it'll prevent the turbo from making positive boost. It won't cause the car not to start, but it's something to monitor if you ever stop producing boost.
