Not enough electrical power

I have a 97 gs-t. It appears i am having an electrical problem. When I purchased the car it came with a boost controller, turbo timer, and eclipse navi/dvd stereo system. When I am driving and put the volume up high the screen goes blank an then after a few seconds it comes back on, same place in the song. If I lower the volume it is fine. Things that make the problem worse or more frequent are : breaking and air conditioner. I have also noticed that if my stereo is on (higher volume) and i try to do something like roll up the windows while closing the moon roof, the moon roof wont close until i lower the volume or finish the windows.

I'm assuming i am using too much of the electrical power with all of these devices hooked up. Correct me if i am wrong. What can i do to solve this problem, if this is even the problem at all?

Your alternators voltage regulator could be on its way out as well. Make sure to check all your connections always assume the previous owner didn't know what they were doing to be on the safe side.

my moneys on the alt, take it off get it tested at a local auto parts store and if its bad get a new one with at LEAST a one year unlimited warranty. our cars like to eat alternates so get one with a good warranty.
