i was wondering if non turbo injectors would fit on a 1990 gsx. the same engine and everything but without the turbo. i think my injectors are leaking bad because when i try strating up the car about 3-4 times it is flooded already. it is a 1990 gsx thanx in advance for the repliers.

mechanically they'll fit but they're the wrong impedance and they're also very tiny (like half the flow rate of your stock turbo injectors)

Yeah they are very small. You could put them on but if you keep the same boost level or any, you will run lean and kill it. Look on the trader and see if you can get a used set of 450's fo cheap, or just have your old ones cleaned and flowed.

the 1g and 2g injectors are the same (450cc) but the 2g have a different spray pattern. the 2g have a wider spray pattern, which is only good for idle pretty
much. The straighter the injectors spray at the valves, the better for
high rpm performance.
