I know there are a few other threads similar to this one but i figured i might as well post a video.

I would almost guarantee its ball joints. You could always play with some penetrating oil down there where someone is turning the wheel and see when it stops making the noise, then you found the spot. That is a cheap way to know for sure you get the right thing to fix the problem.

Ball joints for sure. I just had to replace both my lateral and compression control arms to fix my ball joint squeak. It would squeak whenever I turned the wheel or went over a bump. The new ball joints and control arms fixed the problem and only cost me $172 off ebay and that was all the parts to do both sides. You'll need a straight arm and curved arm for each side.

If it is indeed a ball joint, wouldn't it be financially in his bext interest to only replace the bad ball-joint, rather than all of them?

Here's a video of a bad ball joint I had. If you find one that does this (even if only a little bit - any movement here is bad) replace it.

Turns out that it was the ball joint, but it has been replaced

yeah i need to fix mine too. i have that problem.. gonna go with lower straight arms at advance

honestly the best brand for any part in my experience is the stock parts themselves. In certain cases, turbos, springs and struts, etc. those are better aftermarket. However I just finished changing my front end and the best control arms/joints made seem to be the mitsubishi branded or at least an OEM equivalent. You cannot go wrong buying new, but check out a local junk yard, they may have a great condition control arm you need.
