noise in valve train?

i got a 2.0 4g63 turbo...well i got valve train noise only when the motor is hot,when its cold its sounds perfect.and also the valve train noise come from the exhaust side only.
any input would help!!!

Common on an old motor. I get it alot too. The only thing that Ive found that helps it was using mobil 1 15/50

Na i got new motor...well come to find out it was timing belt it just sounded like vavle train.so i got new Tensioner + pulley's and belt ,all is good now
