no wot!!!!!! TB opening half way

I am waiting on a gasket and while I am waiting I am looking over other things. When I got the car I didn't think much of it but there is not a lot the wot!!!! when you push the peddle to the floor. Well I was driving the wife's car and it had more wot then my car. I took off the air intake tube and had some one push the peddle to the floor well come to find out it only opens half way. If I am correct I believe when the peddle is to the floor it should be completly open. So how do I fix this?

Adjust the cable. There's two 10mm bolts that hold the cable housing to the manifold. Loosen them, pull the thing toward the driver side untill all the slack is out of the cable, then tighten the bolts. Don't make it so tight that the throttle doesn't close.

That cool. Thanks I was trying to figure it out. Someone on another forum said that there was a screw but when I look I never found a screw. The guys I got it from has told be a bunch of lies and I am really loosing respect for him. (Don't trust anyone even if they are a friend.) just my opinion. Sorry just venting because I keep finding things that he lied about. Thanks for your help tho. Just a bad day.
