I have a 1996 4G64 engine and recently noticed a little engine noise. I started a vacuum test and 2 out of 3 of the vacuum lines to the throttle body had no suction at all.
I am wondering if that can be the reason why this car is so slow?

Nope. Have you done a compression check? Do you have a vac gauge hooked up? How many inches does it pull at idle? Should be at least 10hg.

Ive done a vaccum test and on the one that works its at 21.. I forget what format of number it was, and it was shaking but never left 21.

I read it could be spark gaps, just verified all of that.
